Please join us at our Auction and Local Artisans Art Show and Sale 

Sept. 16, 2023, 9:00-3:00 143 Main St., Haydenville, MA 01039 

To benefit the Haydenville Congregational Church and Williamsburg’s Take and Eat Program 

●  Artisan Spaces: Each Artisan will be assigned a 12’x12′ space on the lawn. Artisans supply their own tents and tables
●  Snacks/Beverages: Snacks for sale in the church. Free beverages (coffee/tea/water…) for Artisans
●  Set Up: Friday, Sept 15 from 4:00-7:00 PM and Saturday, Sept 16 from 8:00-9:00 AM
●  Fair Hours: The Artisan Fair runs from 9:00am-3:00pm Saturday, Sept 16, rain or shine.
●  Break Down: Saturday, Sept 16 from 3:00-4:30
●  Cost: $30 per space. Rain or Shine!! Admission Fee is
non-refundable
●  Donation requested of one Artisan item for on-line Auction
