Haydenville Local Artisan Show and Collectibles Sale 

June 7, 2025, 10:00-5:00 143 Main St., Haydenville, MA 01039 

To benefit the Haydenville Congregational Church and the UCC Open and Affirming Coalition for LGBTQ+ acceptance and justice.

• • Artisan Spaces: Each Artisan will be assigned a 12’x12′ space on the lawn. Artisans supply their own tents and tables
  • Snacks/Beverages: Snacks for sale in the church. Free beverages (coffee/tea/water…) for Artisans
  • Fair Hours: The Artisan Fair runs from 10:00am-5:00pm Saturday, June 7, rain or shine.
  • Set Up: Friday, June 6 from 4:00-6:00 PM and Saturday, June 7 from 9:00-10:00 AM
  • Break Down: Saturday, June 7 from 5:00-6:00
  • Cost: $35 per space, plus donation of one item for Collectibles Sale. Rain or Shine!! Admission Fee is non-refundable
