Rental and Community Space Available to Individuals and Organizations for both Single Events and Ongoing Use!
Our building serves Haydenville, Williamsburg, Northampton and beyond as a true community center for local organizations to hold their meetings, workshops, speakers, films, fundraisers, rehearsals, or other events, and for individuals to host all kinds of gatherings (weddings, memorial services, showers, parties, etc.). Our certified commercial kitchen is perfect for catering, cottage industries, food truck prep and more.
Our spaces are bright and sunny and can be configured for various uses. The Dining Hall and Sanctuary are fully accessible and ample parking is available in the back of the church. Our sanctuary with its historic organ is a beautiful space for weddings, concerts, and more. The Kitchen and Dining Hall can be used for coffee house performances, reading groups, meetings, lectures, movies, and special celebrations. We also have smaller, child-friendly spaces available upstairs, which can be used for play groups, wedding prep, group meetings, yoga classes, etc. Our Rental Coordinator will work with you to see how we can best meet your specific needs.
Are you a local Community Organization looking for meeting space?
When possible, the Haydenville Congregational Church provides space usage free of charge to community groups whose work is in line with our church’s mission. Donations to cover heat, electricity and cleaning are always appreciated. Commercial Kitchen
Our bright and sunny certified commercial kitchen provides ample space for large and small-scale cooking needs, including catering, cottage industries, food truck prep and more. There is a large commercial refrigerator, a commercial 6-burner range, a commercial convection oven, a commercial sanitizer, two sinks, a professional-grade Vitamix blender, a large professional-grade KitchenAid mixer, a microwave, a large upright freezer, and plenty of counter space. Storage, refrigerator and freezer space are also available to rent. There is free parking and a handicapped ramp is available. There are no joining fees (just a $100 deposit), and we rent by the hour to single-event renters, and on a flexible schedule by the half-day, full-day, or extended day to on-going renters.








Dining Room
The dining area is a large, sunny space that can be configured for many options. With rectangular tables and chairs, a couch, a sound system (mic and portable amp), and a digital piano, there are countless ways this room can be used. It is adjacent to the kitchen and has an accessible restroom. Additional folding chairs and tables are available



Sanctuary
Our large, historic sanctuary with a capacity for 150 people, has high ceilings, big windows, and a beautiful chancel area with a full-size organ. There is a state-of-the-art, multi-channel sound system, a digital Clavinova piano, and various options for your sound needs. This beautiful, bright space is perfect for weddings, concerts, memorial services, lecture series and more.




Activities/Children’s Room
The Activities room is on the second floor, and is a large, sunny space that can be used for children’s gatherings, group meetings, yoga classes, etc. It has small tables and chairs for children, a large table and chairs for adults, a tv and dvd player, and a piano. Additional folding chairs can be brought in as needed.


Nursery
The nursery is a bright and sunny room on the second floor. It is connected to the Activities room via a doorway, allowing adults to meet in the Activity Room while children play in the Nursery. It is a smaller room, for a more quiet, meditative space. There are child benches and bean bag chairs in this room, and additional folding chairs can be brought in.
