Looking for Artisans and Donations of Treasures and Services!!
We will be hosting an Online Action the first two weeks of September, culminating in an Auction and Art Fair from 9:00-3:00 on September 16. Part of the proceeds will go to the Williamsburg ‘Take and Eat’ program that provides weekend meals to seniors.
Here’s how you can help us get ready now:
- Reach out to artisans to rent a space in the yards in front of the church and town hall for the Air Fair, ($30 for a 12’x12’ plot). Send them this Online Artisan Application Link or give them a yellow Paper Application/Flyers available at church. Help post yellow artisan flyers everywhere!
- Consider what high quality items (starting bids at $25 or more) you could donate (note: this is different from a tag sale – save those items for a future fundraiser).
- Think about what services (e.g., babysitting, cooking, lessons, yardwork) or experiences (e.g., boat rides, special meals, personal concerts, lakehouse rentals, guided hikes) you could donate.
If you already know what you want to donate:
- Fill in an Online Auction Donation Form for each item/service/experience. There are also blue Paper Auction Donation Forms available at the church which can be put in the Treasurer’s mailbox at the foot of the stairs.
- Diane Scott will be accepting auction items at the church every Sunday before and after service until August 20. If you need to arrange an alternate time to drop off your item please call/text her at 413-335-4995.
